Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days in metro areas and up to 10 days in remote or rural regions.

At Wiziflay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Customers are required to share a 360-degree opening video of the parcel at the time of unboxing for verification.
Returns are accepted in cases of damage, size issues, or if the customer simply doesn’t like the product.
Once the product is received and inspected, a refund or
replacement will be processed as per your request.
